For wine bars & wineries

Turn a long wine list into a conversation

no sommelier degree required

Forty wines by the glass is a gift, until a guest freezes and orders the Pinot they already know. Flavero asks the right questions and explains every pick in plain language.

The safe-choice trap

Guests pick familiar grapes and never try your orange wines or small producers.

Staff bandwidth

Nobody can talk every table through the list on a busy Friday.

Slow-moving bottles

Great wines sit unopened because nobody knows to ask for them.

Questions your guests will see

  • Red, white, rosé, bubbles or orange?
  • Light and crisp, or big and bold?
  • Pick flavours that sound good (citrus, mineral, dark fruit…)
  • Last screen, all optional: anything to avoid, budget, how adventurous

Questions adapt to what each guest chooses. You can switch any of them off.

Questions from wine bars & wineries

Can it research the wines on my list?

Yes. Optional web research looks up recognisable wines (producer, grape, region, tasting notes) and proposes them as suggestions with sources. Nothing is used until you accept it.

Does it only push expensive bottles?

No. Guests choose their budget, which is always relative to your own list, and the exploration setting gives lesser-known wines a fair chance.
